In the film categories, Colman, Carey Mulligan, Vanessa Kirby, Gary Oldman, Riz Ahmed, Sir Anthony Hopkins, Daniel Kaluuya and Sacha Baron Cohen all picked up nods. The strong British showing continued similar success at the Golden Globes.
