Here are some answers to questions on who can get the shots and where to get them. General public aged 16 and older: All state residents 16 and over are eligible for shots. Starting May 13, everyone over 12 will be eligible at sites that offer the Pfizer vaccine. Vaccinations are handled both via walk-ups and appointments either through a doctor or other health care provider, a pharmacy or an employer. There are also designated sites for mass vaccinations run by cities and counties. Chicago residents can register for appointments via zocdoc/vaccine.
