The death toll from the Thursday collapse of a condo tower in Surfside, Fla., has risen to at least nine people, Miami-Dade County Mayor Daniella Levine Cava said Sunday, as rescuers stretched into their fourth day of trying to recover those still buried in the rubble. Surfside Mayor Charles Burkett pledged Sunday to continue rescue efforts until every single one of the building’s residents are found.
