Aug.19 (UPI) — Authorities are looking into a bomb threat at the U.S. Capitol on Thursday related to a suspicious man sitting in a truck near the building, officials said. Police said the man was sitting in the pickup truck near the Library of Congress and reportedly told officers that he had a bomb.
