The rapper Fetty Wap was arrested by F.B.I. agents at Citi Field in connection with federal drug charges, according to an indictment that was unsealed on Friday. The artist, whose legal name is William Junior Maxwell II, was arrested on Thursday and was scheduled to be arraigned at a federal court in Central Islip, N.Y., later Friday. He and five co-defendants, including a New Jersey correction officer, were charged with conspiring to distribute and possess controlled substances. Officials said the defendants had transported, distributed and sold more than 100 kilograms of drugs, including heroin and fentanyl. The other five defendants, who were arrested on various dates within the past month, were also charged with using firearms in connection with drug trafficking.
