Chinese EV maker Eleksa has introduced the CityBug electric vehicle in South Africa. The Eleksa CityBug is the most affordable EV yet to hit the South African market at a price of 230k Rand (($14,945). It is a two-door compact car which can seat four persons and it weighs about 450kg.
