The state Department of Public Health on Wednesday reported 775 daily coronavirus cases, down 15% from last Wednesday’s total of 907 infections. Tuesday’s count of 607 daily virus cases was the lowest single-day tally since July. The state’s average percent positivity is now 1.61%, significantly down from the rate of 23% in early January.
