All due to the most recent Windows 10 updates
Microsoft has confirmed another glitch in Windows 10, and this time, the one to blame is none other than the update the company shipped on a Patch Tuesday.
In other words, users who install the Windows 10 cumulative update release in September and later could end up noticing a flicker of the taskbar elements, eventually leading to device instability.
In a post on the Microsoft Health dashboard, the company says the weather or the News and Interests widget could end up flickering, and in the worst case scenario, not only Windows Explorer but also the taskbar could stop responding completely.
