Many legacy characters are coming back, and some fresh faces too.
Get ready for the next battle! Tekken 8’s roster is starting to ramp up, especially now Bandai Namco has revealed that the game is releasing on January 26, 2024.
Thanks to Gamescom’s Opening Night Live, we now know that Tekken 8 will launch with 32 characters to choose from. Bandai Namco was also kind enough to show off another six characters who’ll be joining the roster at launch. They’ll no doubt be getting special individual trailers alongside every other revealed character so far, giving us a better look at their appearance, movesets and bombastic rage arts.
Most of Tekken 8’s roster are returning characters from previous entries, but we’ve had the announcement of a brand-new face, some updated versions of old characters like Jack-8, and others like Jun Kazama who are excitedly making their first appearance in over a decade.
