Watch The Beatles craft their final song together in the trailer for ‘Now And Then – The Last Beatles Song,’ which hits Disney+ on Nov. 1.
Fans of The Beatles are in for a treat.
While the historic boy band from Liverpool may have broken up decades ago, and has tragically lost both its co-founder John Lennon and lead guitarist George Harrison , its two surviving members, Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr, have “come together” — with a little help from their friends, of course — to create the last song ever to be produced by The Beatles, “Now and Then.”
And lucky for Disney+ subscribers, they can watch the magic of the song coming to fruition in Now And Then – The Last Beatles Song, a 12-minute-long documentary hitting the streamer on Wednesday (Nov. 1). Disney+ recently released a trailer for the upcoming short film, showcasing never-before-seen footage of the band and recordings from McCartney, Starr, Harrison, and John’s son, Sean Ono Lennon.
A 1995 audio recording of Harrison reveals that John’s wife, Yoko Ono, told him that she had a “tape of John,” which would ultimately be used in “Now and Then.
