New Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Update Squashes More Bugs

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 players now have fewer problems and spend less time when they switch back to Modern Warfare 2.
Sledgehammer Games released a small update to fix certain problems plaguing the switching process from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 to Modern Warfare 2. This update comes after the game developer released the massive day one patch for Modern Warfare 3.
Modern Warfare 3’s launch could be described as shaky. Aside from its short, lackluster single-player campaign, its multiplayer mode has various performance issues and bugs that required a 51 GB day one patch to fix. Though the patch also contained other content, such as Modern Warfare 3’s zombies mode and content for Call of Duty: Warzone and Modern Warfare 2, it didn’t have anything to fix the problems plaguing players switching to Modern Warfare 2 from Modern Warfare 3. Players on the PC cannot play Modern Warfare 3 without opening Modern Warfare 2 first due to Activision consolidating everything Call of Duty under the latter.
