Officials with the New Hampshire Department of Safety said that the suspect in the shooting was deceased.
Multiple people were reported injured after law enforcement responded to a shooting at New Hampshire Hospital on Friday evening.
New Hampshire State Police reported on X, formerly Twitter, at 4:09 p.m. EST that their troopers were investigating a shooting at the hospital in Concord, adding that there were “multiple victims” in the incident.
Officials with New Hampshire’s Homeland Security and Emergency Management (HSEM) also posted on X at about 4:05 p.
