Millie Bobby Brown will be married by her ‘Stranger Things’ co-star, Matthew Modine.
Millie Bobby Brown‘s wedding to Jake Bongiovi will have a touch of Stranger Things.
Matthew Modine, the actor behind the hit Netflix series’ Dr. Martin Brenner a.k.a. “Papa,” is set to officiate the upcoming ceremony. The actor confirmed the news while speaking to Access Hollywood, per People.
“I have one of those licenses to get people married and Millie thought it’d be great and then Jake said it would be a great idea, so I wrote the wedding vows and they loved what I wrote for them to join hands and to become husband and wife,” he explained.
He said that he’s only officiated one other wedding previously, which took place during the pandemic.
“It was an outdoor wedding and it was weird,” he said. “It’s such a beautiful thing to be able to join two people in holy matrimony.
