Pavel Durov, the founder of Telegram who was recently detained and held in France may be prohibited from leaving the country if he is charged, media reports have indicated.
Investigators may try to obtain additional information from Durov for the investigation or put pressure on him by extending his detention, the report said on Tuesday.
