It helps interpret vast amounts of data, streamlining the claims process in real time and reducing the time taken for hospital admission or discharge. Real-time, on-demand capabilities enhance the policyholder experience, reduce grievances, and contribute to the trustworthiness and reliability of the industry.For example, technology automates the authorization process for hospital admission and hospital discharge.
