The ‘Oppenheimer’ actress spoke about some health concerns that she has been dealing with during a recent podcast interview plus a procedure she had done.
Florence Pugh opened up about some health struggles that have changed her life forever.
The 28-year-old actress appeared on the SheMD podcast episode that premiered on Monday, November 19 with hosts, Dr. Thaïs Aliabadi and Mary Alice Haney.
Pugh revealed that she met Dr. Aliabadi a year prior, shortly after having a “sudden feeling that [she] should get everything checked.” That is when she was diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and endometriosis – which can heavily impact fertility.
Pugh shared that the diagnosis came after Dr. Aliabadi conducted an egg count on her.
