A woman witnessed former U.S. Republican Representative Matt Gaetz of Florida having sex with a minor, according to her lawyer.
“My client testified to the House Ethics Committee that she witnessed Matt Gaetz having sex with a minor”, the woman’s lawyer, Joel Leppard, .
The House Ethics Committee has been investigating for months whether Gaetz—President-elect Donald Trump’s choice for U.S. attorney general—engaged in sexual misconduct and drug use. Leppard on Friday called on the panel to release its report on Gaetz.
