Kevin Reitmeier was riding with a 13-year-old when they were struck by a pick-up truck driver.
Police identified on Wednesday a 14-year-old who died in a motorized scooter crash in St. Paul as Kevin Reitmeier.
Officers responded to the West Side about 8:50 a.m. Tuesday on a report of a crash.
