The city of Burlingame is coming together to find a little joy in light of a recent tragedy.
Local businesses are partnering up for an ice cream giveaway this weekend at Preston’s Candy.
They wanted to give back and do something uplifting for the community, still dealing with last week’s deadly crash.
Ayden Fang, 4, was killed and a 6-year-old were injured on the sidewalk by a car that jumped the curb and crashed into a restaurant in what is being described as a “chain reaction” crash also involving an e-bike.
