The Antoinette Jadaone-helmed film stars Maris Racal as the titular character, which tells the story of a gymnast who discovers she’s pregnant while preparing for national tryouts. She is then forced to decide whether to keep her baby or end her pregnancy for good.
Since Blanco and Racal’s breakup in 2024, neither of them had outrightly mentioned each other in their respective public appearances. This explains why the singer-songwriter did not reveal that he was in charge of the film’s musical score, and it was only made public in the credits.
As more filmgoers discovered the musician’s involvement in the film, he was then asked about his creative process in creating its musical score.
