GOING INCOGNITO: Bubbles the horse pretended to be a donkey to escape slaughter
It was purportedly taken by an airline captain, a friend of Reddit user lensoo , and shows a wide-body jet occupied by a bunch of hooded falcons along with a smaller number of people. Among the human passengers are some men in traditional Arab keffiyeh headdresses.
Lensoo referred to the birds as hawks, but the internet was quick to point out they are falcons.
Within 24 hours of the photo’s posting, there was worldwide response from television stations and publications wanting to use the charming pic, lensoo wrote.
WILD TEXAS: Counties with the most wild animals
The Reddit post, however, gave no information about what city the plane departed from or where it was headed. Lensoo could not immediately be reached for comment.
According to the Times of India , falcons are the national bird of the United Arab Emirates and their air transport is not rare in the Middle East.
