Microsoft today finally began rolling out a Creators Update preview to Xbox Insiders that are on Preview Ring 3. Since this is the first preview to be released to the ring, here’s what’s new.
While Alpha and Beta ring Xbox Insiders have enjoyed Creators Update previews for some time now, Microsoft today released the first build to Preview Ring 3 , or at least some users on the ring. The rest will get it in the coming weeks.
Since build 15055.1000 is the first one for the ring, users are seeing all of the Creators Update features for the first time. Microsoft listed some of them in a changelog :
But as mentioned above, these are only a few of the new features. First and foremost, you’ll find a refreshed Home. The idea is to allow you to get where you need to go with fewer button presses.
