After a couple months of teasing, Nintendo has finally revealed when Splatoon 2 will arrive on the Switch. The game will offer a new co-op mode, amiibo, and will arrive on July 21.
Since the announcement of the Nintendo Switch, Splatoon 2 has been one of the more prominent game titles advertised, being one of the few first-party releases making its debut in the first six months of the console’s lifecycle. With its ‘Global Testfire’ event conducted in March, it appears that Nintendo is finally ready to release the title to nearly two million Switch owners.
During its Nintendo Direct online event, the firm announced that it would make the game available on July 21.
