Sony is set to take to the stage and showcase everything the company has been working on – here, we show you how you can watch the Sony E3 2017 live stream as it happens.
Interested in all the E3 action? Here’s what to expect at E3 2017 .
One of the biggest issues for gaming fans wanting to follow all the latest E3 action as it happens is time difference. E3 takes place in Los Angeles, meaning that many of the press conferences that take place do so during the night in the UK.
Unlike with EA Play, which starts at 8pm in the UK, Sony’s E3 press conference is due to start at 2am BST on Tuesday 13 June, and will likely go on for at least an hour (or maybe more, depending on the number of games showcased) .
Those interested in watching the events unfold at Sony’s press conference as it happens can do so via a number of outlets. As with other E3 2017 live streams, Sony will broadcast the press conference live via Twitch, Facebook and YouTube, although it offers a unique fourth option.
Sony is encouraging users to watch the live stream via the PlayStation Live website by running a number of giveaway ‘quests’ during the event. While we’ re not sure what these quests or prizes are exactly, it’s a good way to get people to tune in.
We’ ve embedded the Twitch stream at the top of this page, so if taking part in Sony’s quests isn’ t your idea of fun, head back here at 2am on Tuesday morning to follow the PlayStation announcement as it happens.
If you’ re going to stay up until 2am to watch the PlayStation press conference, you’ ll want to know what you’ re in for first, right? Well…
According to rumours, Days Gone will be at Sony’s press conference “in a big way” following a year of silence after the initial E3 2016 reveal. The PS4 exclusive game looks to completely redefine the zombie shooter genre and looks incredibly exciting, if the reveal gameplay trailer is anything to go by. We’ re hoping for more gameplay and even a potential release date at the very least.

We also assume that the standalone experience Uncharted: The Lost Legacy will make an appearance during the presentation, especially when you consider that the game is due for release in August 2017. The game was originally planned to be an extension/DLC of the main Uncharted 4 game, but as development went on, the team decided to split it away and make it a standalone game.

Again, we’ ve not heard much about God of War since E3 2016, so we expect an update on the development of the upcoming game.
Along with the above, we expect that Sony will showcase Activision’s Destiny 2 and Call of Duty: WW2 as both offer extra bonuses for PS4 players. Of course, we’ re also hoping for a range of new, never seen before games, but we’ ll have to wait and see what Sony has planned.
