J. R. Smith calls LeBron 'a Gatorade baby'

LeBron James had an insane off-the-backboard dunk during the Cavaliers’ Game 4 NBA Finals win. James actually threw the ball off the backboard to himself in a win-or-go-home Finals game.
J. R. Smith was asked about it in the locker room afterwards. He couldn’t believe it either, and his response was perfect.

Smith said of the ridiculous dunk:
“You see it in the park so much and stuff growing up. You never really think about somebody doing it in a game, doing it in a Finals game, in a Game 4 when you’re down 3-0. I’m just glad he could make it.
“How did he? He dunked on Tristan. That was the craziest part about it. He had the whole lane until Tristan came in there, but I mean, he’s a Gatorade baby. He’s made in the lab somewhere. There’s a lot of things he does that we can’t speak for.”

That could be the response for, as Smith says, a lot of James’ unbelievable highlights: “I mean, he’s a Gatorade baby. He’s made in the lab somewhere.”

James finished Game 4 with 31 points, 10 rebounds and 11 assists. Game 5 is on Monday.
