“Surprising, ” he said in response to a reporter’s questions during a photo opportunity with the president of Romania, Klaus Iohannis.
British conservatives, led by Prime Minister Theresa May, lost their majority in Parliament following Thursday’s balloting in the United Kingdom.
May is now trying to form a minority government with the help of minor parties.
