‘Judge O’Neill sets new Cosby trial date’
Bill Cosby is headed back to court in November to stand trial once again for allegedly drugging and sexually assaulting Andrea Constand at his Philadelphia home in 2004.

Last month, the judge declared a mistrial in the case after the 12 member jury were deadlocked following six days and 52 hours of deliberations. The jury could not come to a unanimous verdict on the three counts of aggravated indecent assault against the 79-year-old actor.
Prosecutors soon after announced that they would retry the case.
While Cosby made no comment after the judge spoke, a statement from his wife Camille Cosby blasted the prosecutors, media and judge.
“How do I describe the District Attorney, ” Cosby’s statement read. “Heinously and exploitively ambitious. How do I describe the judge? Overtly and arrogantly collaborating with the District Attorney.”
Several days later, Cosby’s spokesperson said the actor and comedian would hold several town halls this summer to speak to young people about sexual assault allegations. Those reports were later corrected by another spokesperson, saying the events would not deal with “sexual assault.”
