“Working in Bedminster, N. J., as long planned construction is being done at the White House. This is not a vacation — meetings and calls, ” Trump adamantly tweeted around 6: 30 p.m.
Despite his tweet, Trump, wearing a white polo shirt and shoes perfect for swinging a club, was seen mingling with wedding guests Saturday at the gilded golf resort in Bedminster, according to a video obtained by WPVI-TV .
“Everyone having a good time, ” Trump asked the crowd.

The President was briefly pictured behind the wheel of a golf cart in one Instagram pic tagged at the Bedminster course. That image was later deleted.
Trump arrived in New Jersey on Friday and was joined by his daughter Ivanka Trump, son-in-law Jared Kushner and his grandchildren after a tumultuous week in Washington.
A White House official earlier on Saturday declined to say if Trump would be golfing and said his stay would be a “working vacation.”
Trump planned on meeting with aides and lawmakers during his 17-day respite, the official said.

Trump’s choice of locale for his vacation is a study in contrasts when compared to that of his Russian counterpart. Russian state television released footage Saturday of Vladimir Putin spearfishing and sunbathing shirtless during a vacation in southern Siberia this week.
