Mississippians face uncertainty ahead of the federal health insurance market’s Nov. 1 start of enrollment.

Advocates cite the move as evidence of health law “sabotage” by President Donald Trump’s administration. The U. S. Health and Human Services Department says it’s evaluating how to serve people “who continue to be harmed by Obamacare’s collapse.”
Groups that help people find coverage are dealing with budget cuts, and the enrollment period’s been shortened by half.
