Report: North Korea nuclear test site collapsed 3 weeks ago, 200 feared dead

Chinese scientists warned North Korea officials that the site may not be stable.
A test site for nuclear weapons created by North Korea collapsed earlier this month possibly killing 200 people according to multiple media reports.
USA Today, citing a Japanese news report says the test site at Punggye-ri collapsed on Oct.10 with a reported 100 people down below. As rescuers attempted to save those trapped below, a second collapse is believed to have occurred, killing 100 more people.
The collapse happened following a test on the site a month prior where North Korea conducted its sixth test of a nuclear bomb. The latest test was the most powerful yet and caused several small earthquakes in its aftermath.
Chinese scientists warned North Korea officials that the site may not be stable and that a collapse was possible following the last test. However, North Korea continued to keep people working on the site.
