A 32-year-old man and several dogs died in a home fire in Apex Saturday morning, according to the fire marshal.
Apex, N. C. — A 32-year-old man and several dogs died in a home fire in Apex Saturday morning, according to the fire marshal.
His 34-year-old brother was also at the house at the time but was able to escape.
Officials confirmed one adult dogs and an unconfirmed number of puppies died in the fire.
The cause of the fire has not been determined, but it started on the back porch.
