OnePlus according to some rumors is working on the In-screen fingerprint sensor technology for the upcoming OnePlus 6 smartphone. The rumored flagship will also come with the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC as well.
A few weeks back OnePlus launched its much-awaited OnePlus 5T smartphone; it is the successor to the OnePlus 5. The hype of the OnePlus 5T is yet to settle down, and new leaks about its successor have been started rolling out, so today we have some special news for all the OnePlus fans out there.
A Chinese source suggests that upcoming OnePlus device will feature an In-Screen Fingerprint Scanner which at present is not available on any device, so let’s check out more about it.
For this year flagships, all major brands like Samsung and Apple have tried their best to bring In-Screen Fingerprint Scanner to their smartphones, but due to some issues, they have failed. Recently Synaptics has revealed a new sensor that is very small in size and can detect the Fingerprints beyond an OLED screen; the leaks also say that Vivo will become the first brand to embed this feature in their smartphone. The recent leaks suggest that unlike the OnePlus 5T its upcoming successor will come with an In-Screen Scanner for security. The device will stick to the Dual-Camera setup may be the resolution and Aperture will get refined.
The device will come powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 (64 bit) Octa-Core processor coupled with optional 6GB/8GB RAM along with an Adreno 630 GPU for Gaming. The device will retain that 18:9 Display in the front but the resolution may get flexed to Quad-HD+ instead of the regular Full HD+. Some sources are indicating that the device will arrive by the end of March 2018. For now, no other leak or rumor is there on the phone but for further updates stay tuned to us.
