While in Washington, D. C., for Sen. Doug Jones’ (D-AL) swearing-in, former Vice President Joe Biden spoke with a reporter about President Donald Trump’s controversial Tuesday tweet.
“The only war that is worse than one that’s intended is one that is not intended,” Biden told CNN . “This is not a game. This is not about, you know, can I puff my chest out.”
Biden offered further critiques of the president’s social media habit:
