The disgraced TV star, who has been accused of sexual assault by more than 50 women, was spotted at a coffee shop in a team windbreaker and hat ahead of the NFC Championship game.
Cosby, 80, has stayed quiet since his first trial ended with a hung jury in June.
Only one alleged victim, Andrea Constand, testified in court, but District Attorney Kevin Steele recently requested that 19 additional women be allowed to testify at the retrial, which begins in April.

Constand accused Cosby of raping her in 2004, when she was working at Temple University.
She claimed in court that he drugged her and then assaulted her. Cosby said the sexual encounter was consensual.
Dozens of other women alleged similar experiences with the “Cosby Show” star, but the judge permitted only Constand to testify.
The City of Brotherly Love itself did its own preparation for the Eagles/Vikings game, including covering lamp posts in Crisco in an attempt to prohibit fans from climbing the poles, win or lose.
