Huawei’s sub-brand Honor announced that its latest smartphone, the Honor 9 Lite sold out in three minutes during its second flash sale on Flipkart.
The first flash sale took place at midnight 12 AM on 21 January while the second was scheduled for 12 noon. This comes right after Honor India launched 9 Lite last week on 17 January. For the uninitiated, Huawei announced Honor 9 Lite with a starting price of Rs 10,999. The device packed HiSilicon Kirin 659 chipset along with a 3 GB RAM and 32 GB internal storage variant and 4 GB RAM and 64 GB internal storage. It packs in a 5.65-inch Full HD+ display (2,160×1,080) in an 18:9 aspect ratio and 2.5D glass.
Honor 9 Lite comes with four camera sensors, two on the front and two on the back of the device. In terms of configuration, both dual camera setups sport a 13 MP sensor paired with a 2 MP sensor for depth measurement. The device is powered by a 3,000 mAh battery and will be available in Midnight Black, Sapphire Blue and Glacier Grey. The next flash sale is scheduled to take place on 23 January at 12 noon.
