Motorola is finally going to launch the Moto Z2 Force flagship smartphone in the Indian market next week. The company today sent out press invites to a media event on the 15 th of this month, confirming the launch of ‘the limited edition Moto Z2 Force with Moto TurboPower pack’. The Moto Z2 Force was officially announced back in July last year. More details, including pricing and availability, will only be revealed on the 15 th.
The Moto Z2 Force features a 5.5-inch Quad HD AMOLED display with a shatterproof ShatterShield protection layer. Like most 2017 flagship smartphones, the Moto Z2 Force is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chipset under the hood. While the US variant comes equipped with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of onboard storage, the Moto Z2 Force variant headed to India is expected to feature 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Some of the other key highlights include a 12MP dual-camera setup at the rear, water-repellent nano-coating for splash resistance, and Android 8.0 Oreo operating system.
Like other Moto Z series smartphones, the Moto Z2 Force is a modular smartphone that supports the various Moto Mods Motorola has to offer. The Moto Z2 Force in India will come with the Moto TurboPower pack in the box, packing a 3490mAh capacity battery.
