“Fifty Shades of Decay.”
Comedian Jim Carrey posted his latest artwork to Twitter Friday, showing figures that appeared to be President Donald Trump and alleged former mistress Stormy Daniels in a compromising position. He labeled the piece, “Fifty Shades of Decay,” playing off E. L. James’ popular erotic Fifty Shades of Grey series.
It’s not the first time Carrey has gotten political. Late Saturday night, he seemingly targeted White House spokeswoman Sarah Huckabee Sanders when he posted a painting on Twitter of an irritated-looking woman. He labeled her a so-called Christian and a liar. “This is the portrait of a so-called Christian whose only purpose in life is to lie for the wicked. Monstrous!” the caption read.
On Tuesday, Carrey took aim at Facebook creator Mark Zuckerberg. It featured Zuckerberg’s infamous 2004 quote: “They trust me, dumb fucks!” The artwork was released as an apparent response to Facebook clandestinely sharing the information of 50 million users with Cambridge Analytica, a political research firm that worked for Trump when he was running for president.
Previously, Carrey told W magazine in September 2017 that he’s been painting for the last six years. “I do a lot of political cartoons. I’ve been doing them all along,” he said. „I still tweet and draw political cartoons and play the part of Arjuna who has to fight the battle in Bhagavad Gita. It’s not a battle I want to fight, but you’ve got to play a part. Every day at some point there’s pretty much a peaceful acceptance of what’s going on in my life right now, but I do also tune in to the Republican—what could I call on it?—war on logic, intelligence, and compassion at least once a day.”

Daniels is an adult-film star whose real name is Stephanie Clifford. She claims she had a sexual relationship with Trump more than a decade ago, around the time his wife, Melania Trump, gave birth to his youngest child, Barron Trump.

Daniels hasn’t spoken about the alleged 2006 affair publicly. Days before the 2016 election, Trump’s lawyer, Michael Cohen, reportedly paid Daniels $130,000 to remain silent about the alleged affair.
She recently filmed an interview with CBS’ 60 Minutes that is slated to air on Sunday. If it airs, Daniels could be sued by the president for $20 million for breaking the agreement.
