THUNDEROBOT is keeping up the momentum on it’s mission to produce high performance lightweight gaming laptops, and in conjunction with the launch of the Intel Coffee Lake H series processors, the company has welcomed two new gaming laptops to it’s gaming ecosystem in China today, namely the 911S and 911 Air, which both are powered by the 6-core Intel Core i7-8750H processor and comes with GeForce GTX 10 series GPU.
The 911S gaming laptop is claimed to perform at least 10% faster than a typical 8th Gen Intel Core i7 laptop, as it has managed to achieve a score of 1218cb in Cinebench R15 and P13186 in 3DMark11, all thanks to a specially designed 180W power supply, and a thermal system that comprises of three copper heatpipes and two cooling fans that helped achieve the laptop’s maximum potential.
Other than that, the 911S also comes equipped with a GeForce GTX 1060 GPU, a 15.6″ Full HD IPS panel with 144Hz refresh rate, 16GB of DDR4-2400 RAM, 128GB M.2 PCIe and 1TB HDD storage, WiFi 802.11ac and Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity. As for aesthetics, the 911S measures 25mm in thickness and 2.4kg, it still features the company’s signature spaceship design with a brushed aluminum finish and the surface carving keyboard with RGB lighting.

The 911 Air is designed for the business executive gamer who wants performance and portability on the go, it features a 15.6″ display with a thin 5mm side bezel and 13mm top bezel, which allows the display to be fitted on a 14-inch body. The 911 Air is a rather lightweight gaming laptop at 2.0kg, and it doesn’t compromise performance despite of it’s form factor, an Intel Core i7-8750H processor, GeForce GTX 1050Ti, M.2 PCIe SSD is found under the hood, while the company was able to fit a very well-spaced full size keyboard with RGB lighting on it’s compact form factor.
In conjunction with the launch of these two new gaming laptops, THUNDEROBOT will also be refreshing the DINO, 911GT and ST Plus with the Core i7-8750H processor, faster WiFi 802.11ac and Bluetooth 5.0. Expect these new machines to be made available here in the coming months.
