Leaked video and photo of Samsung Galaxy Note 9 screen protectors hint at changes to the front sensors

A video disseminated by tipster SlashLeaks shows a screen protector that hints at even more changes to the sensors on the top bezel. Not only are the sizes of the cutouts larger in some places, it looks like a completely new sensor might be added to the Galaxy Note 9. Perhaps Samsung will be introducing its version of the TrueDepth Camera and Face ID seen on the Apple iPhone X. We do need to remind you to take these images with a grain of salt.
And not that this really is pertinent to the story, but what happened to the term “phablet?”

With the Note 9 now expected to launch in late July or August, a photo and a video of two different screen protectors both come to the same conclusion. There are changes to the sensors at the top of the phone with a little more space seen between some of the cutouts. In addition, a few sensors will apparently be larger than the ones employed last year, and the bezels appear to be thinner (especially on top and bottom).
