Casey James Russell was seen about 5:30 p.m. Thursday in the 2500 block of Dorrington Drive, near Ferguson Road, in Far East Dallas.
Russell was in a white 2001 Ford Explorer with Texas license plate DMZ 3650. He was last seen wearing a green shirt and dark shorts.
He is described as a 6-foot white man who weighs about 170 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes, police said.
Anyone with information on Russell’s whereabouts is asked to call 911 or Dallas police at 214-671-4268.
