Phil Schiller says Apple is working with Valve to bring Steam Link to iOS

Obviously, Phil Schiller’s statement is meant to show Apple isn’t the Bogeyman in this case, but Steam Link will definitely not come to iOS if Valve’s engineers don’t manage to address all Apple’s complaints.
Steam Link, the app that allows users to stream games from their Steam library to mobile devices (TVs too), made its debut on Android earlier this month, and Valve promised the app will be launched on iOS as well. Unfortunately, Valve announced last week that Apple rejected Steam Link citing “business conflicts,” so the will not be released on iOS any longer the developer’s appeal was denied as well. However, there’s hope for iOS users, as Apple’s Phil Schiller confirmed his company is not totally against bringing the Steam Link app to the App Store.
