The motorist killed in a wreck in Eagan late Monday has been identified as 26-year-old Isabelle Marie Nappi of Rosemount.
Nappi was a passenger in a Volkswagen Routan that went off the westbound Minnesota 13 ramp to southbound Cedar Avenue and struck a tree around 10:15 p.m., the Minnesota State Patrol said Wednesday. She was not wearing a seat belt, the Patrol said.
The driver, Mohamedoqadar Alinoor, 30, of Savage, was treated at Regions Hospital in St. Paul for an injury not considered life-threatening. He was wearing a seat belt.
Alcohol was not a factor in the crash, the Patrol said.
