Xiaomi has released the official press renders of the Redmi 6 Pro ahead of the launch on June 25th.

Xiaomi is all set to launch yet another Redmi series smartphone called the Redmi 6 Pro at an event in its home market of China on June 25th. Ahead of the unveiling, we have already seen a number of leaks and reports regarding the upcoming Xiaomi phone. Now, the Chinese electronics conglomerate has released a handful of official renders of the Xiaomi Redmi 6 Pro. Apart from confirming the design of the device, the brand has also revealed the colour variants of the handset.
Talking about the design first, the official renders reveal that the Xiaomi Redmi 6 Pro will be the first Redmi series smartphone to sport a notch above the screen. The handset will sport slim bezels on the sides and a tad thick chin. At the rear, the handset will feature a vertical dual primary camera setup and a fingerprint sensor. The device also appears to offer an all-metal unibody design. As for the colour variants, the Redmi Note 6 Pro will be available in Rose Gold, Sand Gold, Lake Blue, Black, and Flame Red hues at the launch.
As per earlier reports, the Xiaomi Redmi 6 Pro could sport a 5.84-inch FHD+ display with an aspect ratio of 19:9. The phone will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor, and boot MIUI based on Android Oreo out of the box. The device is said to come in three RAM and storage configurations – 2GB + 16GB, 3GB + 32GB, and 4GB + 64GB.
The Redmi 6 Pro is rumoured to offer a dual 12-megapixel + 5-megapixel camera setup at the rear along with an LED flash. On the front, the handset is said to sport a 5-megapixel snapper. In terms of connectivity, the device is expected to offer dual-SIM slots, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and A-GPS. A 4,000mAh battery is tipped to fuel the mid-range offering.
