Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 specifications According to Sammobile, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 has a 10.5-inch 2560×1600 pixel resolution Super AMOLED display with a 16:10 aspect ratio.
The report further says that the tablet will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor paired with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage. It is said to come with a 7300mAh battery and includes USB 3.1 port, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS and Wi-Fi 802.11 ac as connectivity options.
For camera duties, it is said to feature a 13-megapixel rear and 8-megapixel front camera as well.
Running on Android 8.1-Oreo out-of-the-box, the tablet is said to come with AKG tuned audio and come with support for DeX. The Sammobile report says that Samsung will not include a fingerprint sensor but feature an iris scanner “which will be used to control access to the device.”
Separately, the Galaxy Tab S4 has been recently approved by 3C under the model number SM-T835C, which is in line with the earlier leaks.
There is no clarity on when the company plans to launch the tablet as there are divided reports that the company may launch it on IFA 2018 in Berlin or along with its flagship phablet launch, Galaxy Note 9. Samsung plans to launch the Galaxy Note 9 — at least that is what it is being called so far — on August 9 2018. It is expected that the company may launch two variants of the device one with 6GB RAM and other with 8GB RAM, both offering 128GB internal storage and a microSD card support. The handset is likely to come with a 6.4-inch display with improved visibility under direct sunlight.
As part of the rumours, it has been said that the Galaxy Note 9 will powered with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor in the US and China regions. The other regions will get the Exynos powered Samsung Galaxy Note 9.
