Samsung will unveil the Galaxy Note 9 at its Unpacked event in New York City on August 9. The official intro video and pre-order pages were accidentally gone live in New Zealand.
Ahead of the launch, Samsung New Zealand has accidentally posted the official intro video for Galaxy Note 9 on its YouTube channel. Though the video was quickly taken down, MySmartPrice has managed to get the video on its channel.
The 30-second video showcases the new S Pen in the Yellow color just like the recent teasers. Samsung is boasting an all-day battery with the Note 9 and it is expected to pack a huge 4000mAh battery. Further, the official video claims that the Note 9 will support 1TB expandable memory.
Moreover, it looks like Samsung has also started taking pre-orders for the Galaxy Note 9. It is spotted by popular tipster Evan Blass that pre-orders for the Galaxy Note 9 on New Zealand website were made live. Samsung has also invited users to pre-order the Galaxy Note 9, However, the page is also removed right now.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 9 is expected to feature a 6.4-inch dual-curved QHD+ Super AMOLED Infinity Display with an 18.5:9 aspect ratio. The device will be powered by an Exynos 9810 chipset in most markets, while in the US it will likely be powered by a Snapdragon 845 chipset. It is likely to be available with up to 8GB RAM and 512GB storage.
The Galaxy Note 9 is rumored to sport a 12MP + 12MP dual-camera setup with OIS on both sensors. Some other rumored features include a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor, an iris scanner, IP68 certification, AKG tuned speakers etc. The Galaxy Note 9 will run Android 8.1 Oreo with the latest Samsung Experience UX on top.
