The upcoming Western themed adventure game, Red Dead Redemption 2 is set to feature over 50 unique weapons which is quite more than the original game.
The prior titles of the Red Dead series have featured lots of weapons for the players in the past. But their count was nowhere near what Red Dead Redemption 2 has to offer. Red Dead Redemption 2 is reportedly going to have over 50 weapons.
This news would come off as quite thrilling to the fans of the Western-themed video game. The reason behind that is the possibilities it would offer to the players of Red Dead Redemption 2. A tweet by Red Dead News has brought in this latest update for the upcoming game. The caption of the post reads:
The Western setting of Red Dead Redemption 2 brings with it a sense of cocky and lawless feel to the game. The fact that so many weapons are going to be available in it makes the adventure even more worthwhile. Hence the killing in the game could be a whole new experience every now and then.
The fact that Red Dead Redemption 2 will be having 50 unique weapons is quite more than before in the series in comparison. Red Dead Revolver had around 28 weapons in the game. Moreover, Red Dead Redemption also had only 36 weapons that too including the ones after the DLC came out.
The count of unique weapons could even cross the mark of 60 if Rockstar Games choose to release DLC weapons. The number of 50 is only limited to the single-player campaign of Red Dead Redemption 2. The developers might introduce more weapons in the Red Dead Online later on.
Meanwhile, the long list of 50 unique weapons is going to be an interesting feature of the game. Rockstar Games would try to give each weapon its own details and specifics on looks as well as sound. Another question that arises in each players mind is if all these would be available from the start. Or they could get unlocked as the gameplay of Red Dead Redemption 2 progresses.
We were recently also made aware that the entire map of RDR is going to feature in the map of Red Dead Redemption 2 as well. Moreover, the map of the game is the biggest map Rockstar has made yet.
The score of the upcoming title is going to be made under Woody Jackson once again. Meanwhile, the voice actor for John Marston is going to be the original actor. Rockstar Games did a tremendous gesture by granting an ill gamer’s wish to play Red Dead Redemption 2.
