Asus to launch two smartphones in India today: How to watch the livestream – Mobiles News

According to the previous reports, Asus is expected to launch successor of its popular Zenfone Max Pro M1.
Taiwanese smartphone brand Asus is set to launch two new smartphones in India today. The company has scheduled an event at 1:30pm in New Delhi where it will unveil the smartphone. As confirmed by the company, the upcoming mobiles will be budget smartphones and will be available exclusively on e-commerce platform Flipkart. Those interested can

According to the previous reports, Asus is expected to launch successor of its popular Zenfone Max Pro M1. Being called Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2, the smartphone is likely to run on Android 8.0 Oreo OS and is said to be launched at the similar price as that of its predecessor.
The other smartphone set to be launched today will also include a ‘Global first’ smartphone.
To recall, Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2 was launched earlier this year. It comes in three RAM variants — 3GB/4GB/6GB RAM paired with 32GB and 64GB internal storage and is priced under Rs 15,000.
The smartphone runs a near-stock version of Android 8.1 Oreo out-of-the-box and is powered by octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 SoC processor.
For imaging duties, the smartphone offers 16-megapixel primary camera with f/2.0 aperture and 5-megapixel secondary camera with f/2.0 aperture at the back. For selfies, the handset comes with 8-megapixel selfie camera with 5P lens and f/2.0 aperture.
The device is backed by 5,000mAH battery and is available in Midnight Black and Grey colour options.
