Initially announced for the platform in May, Fortnite for Android gained several enhancements over time including the addition of voice chat, improved game performance, enhanced controls, and reduced data usage.
Last summer, more Android devices started getting beta invitations for the game. Today’s announcement marks the first time, though, that the beta has been formally opened for everyone.
