A free dose of pop stardom heads to the Hawkeye state next month.
Acclaimed “Praying” and “Woman” pop star Kesha plans to headline a free concert Nov. 2 at the U. S. Cellular Center in Cedar Rapids, a Friday night. U. S. Cellular is throwing the concert to celebrate three decades of offering service in the eastern Iowa city.
