Best iPhone XR Deals: We’ve rounded up all of the best contract deals on Apple’s latest iPhone so you don’t pay more than you need to.
With the ever-increasing price of Apple iPhones, describing £749 as an “affordable” rate might be a bit of a stretch, but the iPhone XR still does plenty to warrant its price tag, particularly when compared with the iPhone XS and XS Max.
Boasting a ‘liquid retina’ display, the iPhone XR holds it own against most AMOLED smartphones even though it has a pixel density of 326 ppi. Unlike some iPhones of old (we’re looking at you iPhone 7), the iPhone XR has a respectably robust battery life.

In his iPhone XR review, Trusted Reviews’ very own Max Parker explained: “After taking the phone off charge at 8am, the iPhone XR will easily see me through to midnight without requiring low-power mode and with roughly 30% remaining. That’s with multiple email accounts, photos constantly being backed up, and the usual array of browsing, messaging, gaming and calls.”
Perhaps the most impressive feature of the iPhone XR is that it boasts the same blazing fast A12 chip that can be found in both the iPhone XS and XS Max, allowing you to get the same high-end performance for a lower price.
If the iPhone XR sounds like the right smartphone for you then take a gander below at our collection of the best deals available right now – separated by data allowances.

Going down the Microsoft route and eschewing a ninth iteration, the iPhone XR serves as the next device in Apple’s line of entry-level smartphones (in comparison to its flagship products).
Despite its somewhat dated design and lacklustre battery life, the iPhone 8 still managed to wow us all at Trusted Reviews for its super fast processing and ambitious camera which was capable of taking some fantastic shots. With all that in mind, the iPhone XR has some pretty big shoes to fill, not only in surpassing the iPhone 8 but also in being a worth purchase in the same market as the iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max.
The iPhone XR may have adopted the borderless style of the iPhone X but the handset will still retain the same LCD screen that can be found in the iPhone 8 Plus. Going a step beyond the iPhone 8 Plus however, the iPhone XR’s battery will last for an extra hour and a half – which could prove very handy for those late nights home. Opting for the cheapest of Apple’s three new iPhone’s won’t see you penalised on the speed front either, with the iPhone XR housing the same A12 Bionic Chip that can be found in the iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max.
Here’s a question that with determine which plan you go with more than any other.
